Food Allergy-Informed Therapy

If you have been diagnosed with food allergies or are the caregiver of someone with food allergies, I recognize the impact that this diagnosis can have on multiple areas of you life, including your mental health.

As a caregiver myself to a child with multiple food allergies, I understand the complexity of navigating this space. Whether you are managing food allergies for yourself or someone you care about, food allergies can impact of your daily life in both big and small ways. However, this can often be misunderstood or overlooked by those around us. In turn, you might experience feelings of frustration, sadness, anger and lonliness. Within the therapeutic space, I offer support, resources and a deep understanding as you navigate your unique food allergy journey. My goal is to help you feel empowered, connected, and better equipped to take on the challenges you face daily. I will also join you in fully celebrating the wins!

I am passionate about the need for increased awareness and support as it pertains to food allergies, specifically the impact of food allergies on mental health. I am also registered as a food allergy-informed therapist with the Food Allergy Counselor Directory.
